* Post date: May 20, 2011. * Photo Courtesy of: niramuchu.blogspot.com! ♡ Say "hello" to Aliisa, you guys! She lives all the way over in Finland, but - thanks to the internet - I was able to get in touch with her. She's not only an artist with paper but with her hair, as well. I've never done anything really interesting with my hair before, but this kind of inspires me to one day! Not only was Aliisa sweet enough to let me share her photos on her, she also let me interview her - about her fabulous hair! The interview is below.

Start-->How are you?: At the moment pretty good actually. ;) Just updated my blog and finished a drawing and looks like summer is on it's way~
What inspires you to do all these amazing things with your hair?: I guess it began when my interest in anime and gothic punk fashions lit up some 4 years ago. I get the inspiration from Japanese visual kei bands and anime series. :D
How old were you when you started dyeing your hair?: The first time I got permanent hair dye I was 8 years old, but they were only some blonde stripes. The first full color was at the age of 10, that was reddish brown with red stripes. Just before I turned 11, I got red colour and later started to bleach it again. For a while I had blonde hair. Then at the age of 13 I started to really do it with my hair; I tried so many different colours! But in the end I found this, and I think I'll keep the turquoise for now. *nod*
What's your favorite color?: Black, pink, purple and red.
What's your natural hair color?: Blonde. *laugh* :D
Do you ever use hair extensions?: I have had pink dreadlocks for two months. I might (and probably will) use them later again. *laugh* :D
How long does it usually take you to dye your hair?: It depends how well I dye it and how many colours I use. The way I do it now is first I bleach the root part (the lighter, the better) and wash. That takes about 1h+. Then I add the purple and turquoise and this takes about 30-40 minutes. When I wash the shock colours, it takes time in the shower because well, a lot of colour comes out. :D
And last but not least, do you ever dream about having your own hair salon?: Not really. *laugh* :D
